Pages visited and time spent on the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account
To connect you with doctors and facilitate consultations
To send appointment confirmations and reminders
To improve the platform and fix technical issues
To comply with Indian law and medical regulations
To send service updates (you can opt out at any time)

3. How We Protect Your Data

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. Health consultation data is stored with additional encryption at rest. We restrict internal access to your health data to only the staff required to operate the service.

We do not store payment card details. Payments, if applicable, are processed by certified third-party payment gateways.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

With your doctor: The doctor you consult receives the information needed to provide care.
With service providers: We use trusted third parties (email delivery, cloud hosting) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
With authorities: Only when required by Indian law or a court order.

We use strictly necessary cookies (for login sessions), functional cookies (for preferences) and analytics cookies (to understand how the platform is used). You can control cookie settings in your browser. Disabling cookies may limit some features.
